Mr. Kelly is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego, where he graduated cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor from the Syracuse University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Kelly was an active participant of the Syracuse University Law Advocacy Honors Society, where he was selected to represent the school in a number of national trial competitions.

 

Mr. Kelly is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association.
